What is your return policy?

With our Worry-Free Guarantee you can return any product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used, the product will not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with an order id and tracking number. The easiest way is to send us a request to support@sadotech.com and we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

What is the warranty?

SadoTech® branded products are covered by a 12 month or one (1) year limited warranty, from the date of original purchase, to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

If a SadoTech® branded product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

For product orders over 30 days, we no longer issue any RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization). Do not send us any products - they will be rejected. Simply contact us via support@sadotech.com for an evaluation and consideration for replacement of your product.
